Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using reknitAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use reknitAI. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others is not permitted.

3. Your Content

You own the moments, posts, photos, and voice recordings you create on reknitAI. By posting content, you grant reknitAI a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content to members of your circle only — for the purpose of operating the app. We do not use your content for advertising, training, or any purpose outside your circle.

4. Circle Limits

Each reknitAI circle has a maximum of 30 members. This limit is enforced server-side and is a core design principle of the app — reknitAI is built for depth, not reach.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use reknitAI to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• Post illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent the finite feed, circle limits, or other product constraints
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of reknitAI

6. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using reknitAI, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy practices.

7. AI Features

reknitAI offers AI-powered features including the weekly Rekcap digest and relationship insights. These features require your explicit consent before activation. You can opt out of AI-powered features at any time in Settings → Privacy → AI-powered Rekcap. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the rest of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of reknitAI shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
